Orel IT started with a frustration we kept hearing from business owners around Colombo. They were growing fast, taking on staff, opening new locations, handling more data — and their IT was either holding them back or costing them a fortune for the privilege. The vendors available to them were either too big to care or too small to rely on. There was a gap, and it was costing real businesses real money.

We stepped into that gap on purpose. Orel IT was founded to serve SMEs specifically — not as a lower tier of service, but as a deliberate focus.
